Step 1.

Start with a freshly cleansed face and use a headband to keep your hair from sticking to your face.

Step 2.
Use Dreamiskin's Eco Friendly Derma Razor on a 45-degree angle and gently stroke in the direction of the hair. We recommend dermaplaning downwards. 

You can choose to dermaplane on either slightly wet skin or dry skin. Soaking wet skin may cause the blade to slip so please handle with care, however a gentle lubricant on the skin may be the thing you need! 
Lubricants we recommend: Aloe Vera Gel, a facial oil or even olive oil will do just the trick!

Step 3.

After each stroke, wipe the blade on a cotton pad so you can see the results instantly as you go! Warning: This is extremely satisfying as you see how much hair has come off!

Step 4.

Gently wash your face to remove any remaining hairs laying on the surface of your skin and then apply a facial serum.

Step 5.

Remain Make-up Free for the day to reduce any chance of irritation. 

What is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is an exfoliation treatment that uses a blade to glide across the skin to remove vellus hair, or peach fuzz, from the facial area. However this isn't the only thing it removes - say goodbye to dead skin cells sitting on the top layer of your skin! 

Will my hair grow back thicker?

Vellus hair is produced differently than any other hair on the body. How it is originally is how it will grow back, super fine. 

How many times can I use my Eco-Friendly Derma Razor?

3-4 uses per razor if cared for properly. We recommend cleaning with an alcohol wipe or run under warm water and store away with it’s protective cap. 

How is it environmentally friendly?

Once the blade is safely removed, pop the handle in your recycling. The fibres used in making our razors are 100% biodegradable. 

What is Vellus hair?

Vellus hair, or peach fuzz, is the very fine hair on your face. Everyone has this hair, however it may be darker and more noticeable for some people, particularly once a layer of foundation is applied.
